Hello everyone, my name’s Thomas Iklódi. I live in Hungary, and I’m a new guy here. I’ve been throwing yo-yos since 2006. Back in the old days, I didn’t know anyone throwing yo-yos near my city. Then I showed it to others, and due to the Internet, I made friendships with other throwers in the country or even the world. We had plastic yo-yos, or plastic yo-yos with metal rims. The first yo-yoers in nearby cities started throwing and now I often hang out with most of them.

As time passed, I learnt a lot of tricks and started to build my own style. I watched videos, and tried many yo-yos. Me and some friends made a small crew, called “Moonspinners”. In Hungary, most of the yo-yoers live in the capital, so I rarely meet them, because they are really far from me (about 200 kilometres, I think). But it’s not a big problem for me, I have a great time with locals, and I can meet the others in contests.

Hi there!

My name is Igor, I’m from Poland. I’ve been a yoyo player for 7 years. I’ll be one of players creating this blog, hope you’ll enjoy my articles. My aim is especially to introduce you some of Polish players, show you our potential and convince you that Polish competitions are worth visiting.
I love skilltoys, I’m focused on yoyoing (1A), but I also tried juggling and diabolo.
I’ve got a slight problem now – my right arm is broken, so I can’t play yoyo (actually I can’t do plenty of more useful things) for 4 weeks! That’s how fooling around with friends ends
